I.PART - NAME AND CENTER OF THE ASSOCIATION

Article 1 - The Name of the Association is: "Health and Environmental Policy Association". Short Name: "HEPA". The logo of the Association will be determined at the first general assembly. The logo of the Association cannot be distributed, sold or used for any purpose other than members without the permission of the Board of Directors.

Article 2 - The center of the Association is Antalya. No branch will be opened.

PART II - THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION AND THE SUBJECTS AND FORMS OF WORK TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE ASSOCIATION IN ORDER TO REALIZE THIS PURPOSE AND THE FIELD OF ACTIVITY

Article 3 - Purpose of the Association; To carry out studies on health and environment related issues in accordance with the activities of the Association, to carry out training, research, projects and activities on issues that combine these two thematic areas.

Article 4- Subjects and Forms of Work to be carried out by the Association

Conducting research for the activation and development of activities,
Organizing training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels,
To provide all kinds of information, documents, documents and publications necessary for the realization of its objectives, to create a documentation center, to publish publications such as newspapers, magazines, books in line with its objectives in order to announce its activities, and to issue working and informative bulletins to be distributed to its members,
To provide a healthy working environment for the realization of the purpose, to provide all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixtures and stationery materials,
To carry out fundraising activities and accept donations from within and outside the country, provided that the necessary permissions are obtained,
To establish and operate economic, commercial and industrial enterprises in order to provide the revenues it needs for the realization of the objectives of the Statute,
To open a clubhouse, to establish and furnish social and cultural facilities for the benefit of its members and to make use of their free time,
To organize dinner meetings, concerts, balls, theaters, exhibitions, sports, excursions and fun events, etc. in order to develop and maintain human relations among its members or to ensure that its members benefit from such activities,
To purchase, sell, lease, rent, lease out and establish real rights on immovable and immovable property needed for the activities of the Association,
Establishing a foundation, establishing a federation or joining an established federation if deemed necessary for the realization of the purpose, Establishing facilities that associations can establish with permission by obtaining the necessary permission,
To carry out international activities, to become a member of associations or organizations abroad and to cooperate or cooperate with these organizations on a project basis,
If deemed necessary for the realization of the purpose, to carry out joint projects with public institutions and organizations on issues within their fields of duty, without prejudice to the provisions of Law No. 5072 on the Relations of Associations and Foundations with Public Institutions and Organizations,
Establishing a fund for the purpose of meeting the members of the Association's essential needs such as food, clothing and other goods and services and short-term credit needs,
To open representative offices in order to carry out the activities of the association where deemed necessary,
To create platforms to realize a common goal with other associations or foundations, trade unions and similar non-governmental organizations in areas that are related to the purpose of the association and not prohibited by law,
To carry out effective activities that will contribute to the social, cultural, sportive, professional and scientific lives of its members and to increase solidarity among them,
To be in contact and cooperation with other associations and organizations operating in related fields and to participate in the activities of these organizations and associations when necessary,
To plan, conduct and evaluate scientific research at managerial level in the Health and Environment sector
Contributing to health and environmental management policies,
To carry out projects in the fields of consultancy, investment, management development, health and environment supply and demands, market analysis, health and environment service researches in coordination with universities, other institutions and organizations,
To provide solutions to health and environmental management problems and to make recommendations,
To conduct studies in the field of management and training of health and environmental services and training curricula,
To conduct training, research and projects on health, social and environmental policies and services in the national and international arena.
To plan, conduct and evaluate scientific research on the impact of health and environmental policies on economic and social policies.
To conduct studies on climate change,
To work on the protection of the right to health and the right to environment.
To carry out special studies on health, environment and social issues for vulnerable groups such as women, elderly, children, youth, migrants, refugees, persons with disabilities, etc., to develop and implement policies on equal access.
